I operate on appointments, not walk-ins, and it's important to note that last-minute cancellations or no-shows, late shows, affect my schedule and income. If my policies don't quite match your preferences, no hard feelings - we might not be the perfect fit and it's ok! You will be charged 30% of service price with a cancellation within 6 hours notice.
